Journey from Taiwan’s innovative Kavalan Lan, matured in the intensity of a tropical climate, to Wales’ Penderyn Portwood, delicately finished in port casks. Scotland’s rugged coast speaks through the smoky depths of Ardbeg Uigedail, while Ireland’s celebrated Redbreast 12-Year offers gentle craftsmanship. The evening concludes with the elegance of Kentucky’s Woodford Reserve, a testament to bourbon mastery.
