The January Spritz (No-Lo)

A crisp, aromatic serve that proves flavour doesn’t need a heavy pour.

Ingredients (South African measurements)

  • Ice

  • 200 ml chilled soda water

  • 10 ml fresh citrus juice (orange, lemon or grapefruit)

  • 2–3 dashes ANGOSTURA® bitters (Aromatic, Orange or Cocoa, depending on preference)

  • Citrus peel or slice, to garnish

Method

Fill a highball or wine glass with ice. Add the fresh citrus juice, then top with chilled soda water. Finish with 2–3 dashes of ANGOSTURA® bitters and stir gently to combine. Garnish with a twist or slice of citrus and serve immediately.
