Ingredients (South African measurements)

Ice

200 ml chilled soda water

10 ml fresh citrus juice (orange, lemon or grapefruit)

2–3 dashes ANGOSTURA® bitters (Aromatic, Orange or Cocoa, depending on preference)

Citrus peel or slice, to garnish
Method
Fill a highball or wine glass with ice. Add the fresh citrus juice, then top with chilled soda water. Finish with 2–3 dashes of ANGOSTURA® bitters and stir gently to combine. Garnish with a twist or slice of citrus and serve immediately.
