Celebrate Easter Sunday with a Seasonal Feast at The Cellars-Hohenort Hotel & Spa

Families and friends are invited to celebrate Easter Sunday in elegant surroundings at The Conservatory restaurant at The Cellars-Hohenort Hotel & Spa, where a specially curated three-course lunch will be served on the 5th of April 2026 (R895 per person). Set against the lush backdrop of the hotel gardens in the Constantia Valley, the Easter experience promises a relaxed afternoon of seasonal flavours and warm hospitality.

Children are welcome and will be catered for with an Easter egg hunt in the gardens, followed by a special, child-friendly Easter menu (R425 per child). The Easter fun menu starts with a mini margarita calzone, followed by a choice of creamy cheddar grilled mac and cheese, or crumbed chicken strips with triple-cooked chips. For dessert, children can enjoy a waffle with caramelised banana and ice cream with chocolate sauce, or a choc nut sundae with whipped cream, berries, vanilla ice cream and chocolate.

For adults, Head Chef Daniel Blignaut’s menu showcases contemporary dishes inspired by classic Easter ingredients. Begin with a choice of starters such as a Waldorf salad; beetroot-cured salmon sashimi, or seared springbok tataki. For mains, enjoy roasted rolled pork belly; oak-smoked rack of lamb with hot cross bun purée; Atlantic sole paupiette; or a delicious vegetables assiette as a flavourful vegetarian option. Dessert choices include chai chiffon with buttermilk crémeux, or a delicate crème bavaroise with pistachio ice cream.

Advance reservations are recommended for this special Easter Sunday lunch.
