A blend of Albana, Ancellotta, Fortana, Lambrusco, Montuni and Sangiovese e Trebbiano from the Modena region. Masterfully combined in a traditional method, the vinegar’s distinctive flavour developed in wooden barrels. The result is a beautifully balanced vinegar and the ultimate partner to La Motte’s Estate EVOO made from Frantoio, Coratine, FS 17 and Calamata olives grown biologically in the tranquil olive groves of in Harmonie, on the estate.
