One Month To Go Until ULTRA South Africa Brings The Hottest Global And Local Acts To Dance Music Fans

The countdown is officially on. In just one month, ULTRA South Africa, ampli5d by 5FM, returns for its highly anticipated 11th edition. bringing world-class electronic music back to Johannesburg and Cape Town.

This year introduces a festival first: Johannesburg will kick off the celebrations at the Expo Centre at Nasrec on Saturday, 25 April 2026, followed by Cape Town at The Ostrich on Sunday, 26 April 2026. With the following Monday being a public holiday, Ultranauts across the country are preparing for an unprecedented weekend of non-stop energy and top-tier production.

This year’s line-up is headlined by global heavyweights: chart-topping tech-house sensation John Summit, French hitmaker DJ Snake, progressive house icon Axwell, and a special back-to-back set from Afrojack and R3hab. The RESISTANCE Stage will feature a world-class roster of underground headliners such as New York legend Dennis Ferrer and South African powerhouse Shimza,

In Johannesburg, the festival expands to four stages.
