Afro House heavyweights Dems and De La Noise unite their respective sounds on ‘Without Borders’, which was released on 16 October 2026 via Afroholicand Amajoyo Records. DEMS and De La Noise bring complementary experience to the international Afro House scene. DEMS has earned support from Black Coffee, Bun Xapa, Kasango and Marco Carola, with releases across labels including Into Art, Olumo and Under The Hat. De La Noise has performed at major events and venues such as Ultra Europe, Pacha on Tour, Ulu Cliffhouse Bali, Warp Tokyo and Amsterdam Dance Event, alongside multiple tours in South Africa.
DEMS is an Afro House and Afro Tech DJ and producer known for blending melodic elements with driving rhythms and club-focused energy. Releases such as ‘Exchange’, ‘Mandalorian’ and ‘Money Check’ helped establish his signature sound, while subsequent tracks including ‘B.A.B.E’, ‘We Move, We Dance’ and ‘Malfunction’ have continued to build his catalogue.
De La Noise is a Dutch DJ with more than two decades of experience, recognised for his dynamic sets spanning Afro House, Afro Tech and uplifting house music. His performances combine technical skill and an instinctive understanding of the dancefloor, informed by his background as a professional dancer. Beyond the decks, he is the founder of Amajoyo, an Afro House platform and record label that champions international talent and has hosted artists including Nitefreak, Kasango and Kususa.
‘Without Borders’ gradually emerges from a filtered sweep of percussion, slowly revealing a constant, brooding rhythm that sits neatly between Afro House and Afro Tech. Deep, rolling percussion and a heavy bassline establish the track’s driving foundation, while brooding synths swell as its energy steadily builds. A brief moment of silence heightens the tension before the track drops into a magnificently massive chorus. Industrial-sounding synth elements are periodically introduced throughout, adding further weight and texture as the track continues to evolve through its hypnotising, peak-time rhythm. ‘Without Borders’ is sure to ensnare fans of Black Coffee, Shimza, and Nitefreak.
Dems and De La Noise shared, “We’ve worked on several projects and spent plenty of time in the studio together, but Without Borders is our first official release together. We teased it on TikTok a while back, and the reactions were crazy. Big names started hitting us up asking for it, so we knew we had something special. The title says it all: music has no boundaries. So it only made sense to release it as a joint release between Afroholic and Amajoyo Records”.
