LABISI & MUMMY BOLA ARE CELEBRATE FAITH’S GREATEST TREASURE ON NEW WORSHIP ANTHEM “BETTER THAN GOLD”

In a world that often measures worth in material things, Nigerian gospel artist Labisi offers a powerful reminder of what truly matters on her new single “Better Than Gold,” a stirring worship anthem featuring gospel legend Bola Are, affectionately known to generations of believers as Mummy Bola Are.

Rooted in deep reverence and radiant praise, “Better Than Gold” exalts the incomparable value of a life anchored in God. Through sincere lyrics and soul-stirring melodies, the song declares a timeless truth: that God’s presence, faithfulness, and unfailing love are worth far more than silver or gold.

The collaboration brings together two voices from different generations of gospel ministry, forming a beautiful bridge between legacy and the future of worship music. Labisi’s contemporary expression of faith intertwines seamlessly with Mummy Bola Are’s unmistakable spiritual authority, creating a moment of worship that feels both intimate and expansive.

Musically, “Better Than Gold” leans into rich gospel textures, warm instrumentation, and uplifting harmonies that invite listeners into a posture of gratitude. The song grows from reflective devotion into joyful praise, capturing the essence of worship as both personal surrender and communal celebration.

At its heart, the message is simple yet profound: when everything else fades, God remains the believer’s greatest treasure.
