Valentine’s Day opinion piece on money and relationships

Kim is an author, speaker, and financial planner. She believes that life planning is essential for financial planning and helps clients align their money with purpose. As the Director and Head of Life Planning at Chartered Wealth Solutions, she combines her passion for helping people with money and guiding them in their second chapter of life.

Kim has written three eBooks and two books, including “Retirement – get more meaning for your money” (2015) and her latest, “Midlife Money Makeover” (2021). She emphasizes the importance of understanding one’s relationship with money to create positive transitions.

Kim is an inspirational speaker and media personality, invited to speak at events. She is a Registered Financial Life Planner, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, accredited ICF Professional Coach, Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, and New Money Story® Mentor Coach.

With her degrees in Industrial and Clinical Psychology, she helps clients change money habits that don’t serve them. Kim has travelled the world to bring new ideas and insight on designing a fulfilling life where money is a friend, not a foe. Her purpose is to inspire people to take control of their lives and money, transitioning into a chapter where money aligns with meaning.
